UNION PACIFIC - PARKER SUBDIVISION PARKER, UTAH
HO Scale 11'x 26' Welcome to my fictional model railroad town of Parker, Utah. This little slice of the world is the Parker Subdivision, part of Union Pacific's vast western railroad empire. Parker had been in existence since the 1800's but was nothing more than a ranch exit off of I-15 till around 1960 when the Union Pacific decided what...I don't know...I'm making it up as I go along. I'll stop here for now. Enjoy the pictures. Special thanks to Pelle Søeborg for the modeling inspiration that his book "Mountain to Desert" has given me to bring my layout to where it's at thus far. My Parker Sub is still far from what I would call complete. Email me if you have comments or questions at mark@thesolutionfarm.com. Thanks for looking and let me know if I can build a layout for you. |
